1. Return Conditions
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
✅ Unused Items: Products must be in original condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
✅ Original Packaging: All tags, certificates, accessories, and dust bags must be included.
✅ Return Window: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery (excluding custom-made items).
✅ Proof Required: Provide order number, reason for return, and product photos.
Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Customized products (e.g., engraved or special-sized items).
❌ Used, damaged, or items missing original packaging.
❌ Products past the return window.
2. Return Process
1️⃣ Submit Request: Email (support@jewelryprosupply.com) or contact customer service with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Approval: We will review and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 48 hours.
3️⃣ Ship Back: Mail the item(s) with the RMA number to our designated address (customer pays return shipping).
4️⃣ Refund: After inspection, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days (original payment method or account credit).
3. Refund Details
Amount: Product cost only (excluding original shipping and customs fees).
Method: Refunded to original payment or as store credit (by agreement).
Exceptions: If items don’t meet return criteria, we’ll contact you for resolution.
4. Exchange Policy
Follow the return process and note your exchange request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
